The first step in our future partnership starts with our Inquiry form here. This is where we invite you to tell all—your goals for your space and any top-of-mind questions we can help to answer. After we’ve reviewed your form, we’ll be in touch to schedule a discovery call if it’s an aligned fit.

After our discovery call, we’ll begin with an in-person (or virtual, for our remote clients) visibility study. To bring your design vision to life, nothing is better than experiencing your home or space firsthand. During this meeting, we'll discuss your style, preferences, vision, and sources of inspiration. Additionally, we'll take the opportunity to get to know you and your family better, share suggestions in real-time as well as the initial scope of the project.

A Moment for Discovery

Once the contract is signed, we can get started! Our design process begins with a thorough research phase laying the foundation for our creative journey. To begin, we'll provide you with a comprehensive questionnaire to complete, along with a request for inspirational images and mood boards. This step is crucial in helping us understand your particular style, final budget considerations, and functional requirements.

Next, the Principal Designer will share a mood board reflecting the project's vibe, ensuring alignment on aesthetic, goals, and deliverables. Following this, a trade day will be scheduled for vendors and contractors supporting us on your project. They will walk through your space, take detailed measurements, and capture reference photos.

Research

Here, we'll will curate and present design proposals, each complemented by a detailed budget breakdown. These concepts, including mockups, renderings, and material samples, will be shared with you.

Upon client feedback, the favorited design proposal will undergo refinement until you feel wholeheartedly aligned with it.

Design Development

After we receive your design approval, we'll proceed to secure your chosen selections, oversee project progress, manage delivery logistics, and efficiently take care of any unexpected challenges that may arise. During this phase, you can expect to receive ongoing updates from us as we get one step closer to your new home.

Implementation & Placement

Welcome home. In our grand reveal, you'll witness the result of our dedicated, personalized work as we unveil your transformed sanctuary, ensuring everything is styled and executed perfectly in your space.
